Founder | Education Systems Design, Governance & Implementation Strategy

Bianca Alexander is the Founder of Mosaic Communications Learning Group and an advisor specializing in education systems design, governance, and implementation strategy.

Her experience includes leadership and instructional roles across public education, federal education systems, international schools, and ministry-supported initiatives in the United States, Caribbean, the Middle East, Latin America, and Indigenous education communities.

Her work has focused on school improvement, leadership development, multilingual learning environments, governance, and policy implementation within complex educational settings.
